Orthodontic aligners

I will be getting orthodontic aligners, it straightens teeth, will it fix my overbite, or change my face in any good way and will it help me accend, is it considered a hardmax?

i think it's possible to get very very minor changes in things like cheekbones and nose and stuff from braces, but it's mostly anecdotal and also, even if true, it'll barely be noticeable.
it's basically just straightening teeth

But still would help me accend? My upper latteral incisors are really out of the way like its going in the front and makes my upper lip extend to the front so it looks like i have an overbite

it will help in lip profile , i am currently using damon braces
