Orthodontic plan my orthodontist wants me to do

I havent agreed to it yet, i am still debating about it as it would fix my bimaxillary protrusion but also retrude my lower maxilla. I am going to still ask for a second opinion from another orthodontist .

Not sure if the video is there but they are planning on removing 4 pre molars and retruding my lower maxilla
