Is there any orthodontic treatment for a slight underbite that won't mess up existing forward growth? Jaw movement would be preferred.

there is an orthodontic solution but it will usually involves impact the upper maxila so can impact the forward growth

Would it be a positive impact in forward growth?

If you don't want it to affect your face or anything don't allow him to extract any teeth it will lead into alot of bad stuff and the rest y should pay attention and research more
