orthodontic treatment vs orthotropic treatment

i was planning on getting orthodontic treatment, but after the orthodontist checked my Lat Cephelometric and also taking impressions i was recommended to get orthotropic treatment instead, i was given three options but all three of them would fuck my face and oral and tongue posture up, first was 4 teeths getting removed but if they did they would worsen my sleep apnea because if they removed those teeths my maxilla would become recessed, second was IPR but if i went with that there wouldnt be enough room for my tongue, third was proclining the upper and lower incisors but they were already proclined and i was suggested orthotropic treatment, should i go with it? and how does it also work.
