I have a narrow palate and I want to get a palate expander looking for any infortmation Js for tips to get the best results, anything in general THATS useful. (Only one side has badly misaligned teeth the other side is fine) also put a picture of my face showing the noticeable deformity on side of teeth that are misaligned.

Brutal. Hopefully you don't need extractions. Get multiple quotes, different orthodontists will offer different plans. Say you want to avoid extraction and focus on expansion if possible.

I had bad crowding and the first ortho I went to wanted to pull like 5 teeth and then just slap braces on and call it a day. The second one I went to gave me a MARPE which made my upper palate and maxilla much wider, and then only pulled 2 teeth. Worth the extra time.

My friend also had the same scenario the first ortho wanted to pull 4 teeth

maybe a marpe would help, doesnt really matter which wether its custom marpe, mse or fme. it will really ascend your mid face if the procedure is gone right because you never know about the asymmetries that may occur
