I'm confused as to why there's so much stigma / wildly incorrect information about penis enlargement.
Lots of DHT gel copes, or 20 minute weight hanging, et cetera. The reality of penis enlargement is that it is extremely possible, but it is grounded in the same principles as orthdontics. If orthodontics can move bone through constant low tension, then the same principle should apply to soft tissue
It’s all the same mechanism: mechanotransduction.
Cells detect load → adjust internal tension → release localized growth factors → remodel the surrounding structure.
You can use braces as proof that constant tension can move tissue, even HARD tissue. It’s applying steady pressure for months. Bone on one side resorbs, bone on the other side reforms. Over time, the tooth moves. It’s not trauma-based. It’s signaling-based.

Soft tissues behave similarly. If the load is gentle but constant, those fibers slowly extend their resting length. If it’s excessive or intermittent (like pumps or hanging), you just get micro-tears, inflammation, and excessive scarring — not adaptation. So the “no pain, no gain” approach is actually counterproductive. You’re deforming the tissue instead of teaching it to remodel. Short-term expansion ≠ structural elongation.

Phallosan Forte is one of the only traction-based enlargement devices that’s cleared for medical use. It’s FDA-approved in the U.S. and certified in the EU, originally designed for Peyronie’s disease (When your dick curves up too much).

The system uses a vacuum bell that fits over the tip and connects to an elastic tension strap worn around the waist. The strap provides a constant, low-level traction that can be worn under clothing. The tension is adjustable but typically ranges between 800 – 1200 g of force. Recommended wear time from clinical use is 6–8 hours per day, though users in rehabilitation studies sometimes extend that to 10–12 hours. Results typically appear after several hundred hours of use (roughly 3–6 months.)
In short:

The best time to start, is always gonna be NOW, because the younger you are, the more responsive your tissues are going to be for remodeling. Adults usually get 1 inch their first year, and the gains halve for each following year. I'm interested to know if anybody did Phallosan Forte during puberty, and the gains you got with it.
