No Orthodontic plan can save recessed maxilla. Start saving for surgeries instead of cope. for overbite maybe braces can get it better.

If you just pop into your dentist and ask to see an orthodontist then you can explain this and they will give you the answers

Most of orthodontics is cope, or as they say "camouflage orthodontics"
For me that was removing two teeth from my upper jaw to make up for my crowding, which I regret so so so much since I am two teeth away from True adam
