orthodontist is pushing elastics for overbite

Basically title, I tried to convince her to use mandibular advancement instead, but for whatever reason she’s insistent on using elastics to bring my upper jaw back which would kill the very little forward growth I have and send me to subbie hell. Anything I should say? (Invisalign)
