My orthodontist said i have to actually remove my 4 premolars because of my crowding, i suggested
expansion but she doesnt reccomend it since she said it can give me an open bite and make me alot worse, should i just extract? help pls

Get a new orthodontist paired with a maxillary surgeon and ask them to give you an expander and get braces afterwards. Maybe they’ll sand your teeth but it’s better than to extract teeth

If its not too bad just get invisalign. They usually over exaggerate just to rob you of your money.

How old are you? If your still in puberty, get an expander, preferablly marpe but if not available rpe will work. Pair it with a facemask and wear that shit 24/7. Do not extract no matter what. There are so many better options.

Your best bet is honestly trying to get invisalign because its way better for your situation you wont have to worry about looking worse after extractions.
