Orthographic VSP + MARPE Planning

I'm seeing my local OMS in about 2 weeks to consult about my options. I have (mild) maxillary hypoplasia, mandibular asymmetry, anterior cross bite, overcrowding, etc. Overall it really just makes me look subhuman, I hate it and I can't wait to get this all done. I've already talked about it with my orthodontist, and what I'll probably be getting is MARPE + Reverse Pull Headgear + Damon braces at first (to correct the crossbite/overcrowding) and then a bimax in a little over a year to correct the hyperplasia.

But this is just a normie surgeon, and although he's experienced with MARPE and cases like mine, I want this to be aesthetics oriented as well. What should I look for when he simulates the MARPE? What expansion rates are most optimal? What should the bimax VSP look like in terms of aesthetics? Any tips I can get I'll use, I need this ascension bro.
