I'm 6'2" with size UK12 feet and all the shoe lifts are for Manlets with tiny feet and don't fit snugly in my shoes.
I was thinking as an alternative I could stack three layers of orthotics:
1. A cushioned heel wedge (heel spur orthotic)
2. A heavy duty shock absorbing insole
3. A 3/4 length plantar fascitis insole
These items actually come in the right sizes and would give about 4cm of uncompressed stack height and help with my plantar fascitis.
Anyone has experience with this? Otherwise, I'll try it and write a report.
