Mk677 just boost ur growth hormone and igf1 but not near as much as injectable growth hormone does I recommended it because the igf1 being boosted causes more fibrosis to be produced when bonesmashing which is permanent scar tissue

Via surgery, but you need to fill out the temple area and if you have androgeneic alopecia, which you prolly do and you have more density, automatically it frames the face better and you get that youthful juvenile sort of hairline without surgery, oral minoxidil works best, I would advise you to use topical minoxidil till you get oral, use it on your temples, since they recede fast, also they are very sensitive to androgens so becareful if you need hair ofc
