How to fix my overbite it my my chin goes back and it making my side profile look worse

Doesnt really matter unless it causes airway problems, obv better without it but thats not that big of a deal either

just jutt to your correct bite to not make your profile appear convex

Will it work if I do it for a month?
it wont do anything, it will just temporarily make you appear less recessed.

You could try making it a habit but your overbite itself when eating wont be fixed

NO NO NO NO THIS WILL PUSH BACK YOUR MAXILLA
Are you serious?
Rubber bands apply no where NEAR enough force to pull your maxilla back. By you're logic thumb pulling would work and it doesn't, does it now?

this is common ortho knowledge... orthos literally use rubber bands to push your front teeth back (the frontal part of the maxilla)

impossible to have the rubber bands to push back the maxilla infact not wearing them causes the maxilla to be pushed back✌️😂
rubber bands are for correcting overbites and are mainly used in class II malocclusion. its goal is to align the teeth, but orthos find it easier to push back your maxilla rather than bring your mandible. rubber bands are to align teeth by pushing back your maxilla to align it with the mandible (teeth)

No, it wont. What you want to avoid is the orthodontist extracting teeth
i dont see any damage in teeth extraction. what i do see do damage is rubber bands backfiring. orthos only care about teeth alignment. they will do so by whatever is easiest/lowest effort. rubberbands will align your teeth if you have an overbite by pushing your maxilla back to be aligned with your mandible.

any proof or are we just saying a random thing u saw someone say
jutting causes ur lateral pterygoid muscles are being flared all the time (if u jut all day) causing chronic tension in the articular disc where degeneration of the joint

twin blocks legit keep the lower jaw forward, if u do the same without an appliance its quite literally the same effect
