Only breast cancer is affected and when estrogen is crashed for months and months. This only really holds true for women with already high risks.

Give me a source that it affects men??

I’ve read lots of sources and only found positives regarding cancer growth.

Either way, the aim of AIs is to reduce estrogen to low normal, rather than crash it to 0 for months ( that’s where you could potentially impact cell development)
