i have different skills on different subjects(photoshop, sound, marketing, etc) but im highly unmotivated due to my LOP disorder

my only problem is my severe adhd, mild ocd bad friendly social skills (above average bargain, marketing etc skills). i cant talk to women and i freeze if a girl talks to me. i went from 0 to 30% on my mental helath / social skills. but i still cant talk to women
