Infras implants, canthoplasty, canthopexy, lower eyelid retraction, fatgraft.
None of these procedures actually change the canthal tilt by more than 1° from results i've seen.
All it does is reducing the scleral show and a lot of others things good but not canthal tilt.
My case seems special since i have no scleral show, 3x pfl (beginning of ideal range), but -0° to -3° nct (it depend on the day).
Im talking about real canthal tilt (not eyelashes or smth), with my downturned medial canthus.
The only surgeries that change canthal tilt is these cat/fox eyes which gives an alien fag uncanny result imo.
How can i achieve a range between 2 to 5° pct ?
