I recently started waking up in the middle of the night to go pee every single night, and it’s really affecting my energy levels and worsening my eye area.

My diet is the same and i consume the same supplements, has anyone here had the same problem? What was the cause and what did you do to fix it?

have some bed-time snack consisting of something fatty, salt + sugar.
If you drink a lot of liquids, increase salt intake.

I drink a lot of water during the day but i read on the NHS website that i should be DECREASING my salt intake?

Tape your mouth and tape your dick before bed

That's mainstream BS. Salt intake should be proportional to water intake

Pee before bed

What a fucking joke. Once a night is nothing and it's normal. Try 5-6 times a night. When I blast masteron it makes me super dry but peeing is the unfortunate and inevitable side effect of it.

Diabetic or Prediabetic?

Yo my man you sure you don't got the diabetus. Check you glucose levels

Usually when we sleep the brain turns off the signals that make you wanna pee. This could be interrupted if you have had bad sleep quality. If you do have, try avoiding screens a few hours before bed
