Overbite & recessed mandible

Im 15 almost 16 and ill get some braces for overbite but will it fix my recessed mandible or its two different things? What can i do for my mandible?

Depends if your face ist still growing i think. It might "guide" your mandible to grow right. Not very sure you should be able to do some easy research online tho. Just look into it

I might need Herbst appliance with or after my braces idk. As I researched I probably got Mild-to-moderate mandibular retrognathia.

I could wait for puberty, but I don't think anything will change. If ill have recessed mandible by 18+ yr im probably gona save up for bsso
