Over the last few years I’ve lost a considerable amount of fat and through doing so have revealed a very significant amount of muscle on the corners of my lips. After doing some surface research it seems I have an overdeveloped amount of buccinator or orbicularis Oris muscles (can’t tell which for sure due to conflicting sources) any help in reducing both these muscle groups because it ruins my entire look.

did you manage to do this on purpose in pursuit of something or how did this happen

Botox

No way to naturally atrophy the muscle?
you could theoretically just not use the muscle, but the effort it takes to do that is not worth it just to achieve 50 percent of what botox can do.

I tried to atrophy my masseters and it does work to some extent

What does Botox actually do since you have experience with it. As in what procedure do they do and how did it help. Thanks for the answer aswell
