overdose on protein for height

an underrated heightmaxxing protocol is overdosing on protein EVERY DAY. i mean literally 300g+ every day for a few years (during puberty) and you'll 100% reach higher than your predicted height. i have always luckily loved meat like chicken and beef, and as a fat kid i would scarf down whole roast chickens at a time and 1 kg of ground beef.


reasons why i believe this are:
i'm 6'3 at 15 with wide clavicles and very dense bones.
mum is 5'7
dad is 5'11
and i did nothing that explains my height really except for this.
legit just scarf down heaps of animal protein and saturated fats AND MILK if ur not a soy lactose intolerant genetically inferior cuck and you'll 100% be taller than youre meant to be. its op. I MEAN A LOT. NOT JUST HTE MINIMUM

i guess. it's essential to eat a lot of protein tho, because if you're not eating many carbs with the protein, then the protein just gets used for energy instead of carbs. u want everything running in overdrive

i think having a decent amount of carbs is essential for producing igf-1 but yeah

i think this is true
it would explain my height as well sincr i’m 6’2 and my mum had forced me to drink whole milk and chicken everyday since i was a kid

i don’t think there’s a correlation though

That's not how it works, your body has a limit to how much protein it can absorb, everything else is discarded in the urine, eating too much protein will harm your kidneys

it was probably most of the time id be at 200g+ a day from 12-15. a decent amount of time at 300g a day tho. i'm 15, 16 in a month and i've grown 3 cm in the past 3 months. you could definitely get like 5'10 if you do everything right. also it depends on what time you hit puberty.

what are you eating in a day to get to 200+ grams of protein? specificity appreciated thanks
 
Consuming enough protein is important but it's not the only factor at play. Firstly, your mother is tall for a woman and if we are to believe the common opinion that male height genetics are from the mothers side then it helps when your mother is above average height. Second, your father is 5'11 and most sons always end up taller than their father by usually 1-2 inches atleast, sometimes more so based on that, you grew to your genetically determined height and maybe grew 1-2 inches extra due to sufficient protein, good high quality sleep etc. Needless to say i am envious. Oh and 300g protein is not necessary, you piss out the extra protein. 1-1.2g per lb of bw.
