an underrated heightmaxxing protocol is overdosing on protein EVERY DAY. i mean literally 300g+ every day for a few years (during puberty) and you'll 100% reach higher than your predicted height. i have always luckily loved meat like chicken and beef, and as a fat kid i would scarf down whole roast chickens at a time and 1 kg of ground beef.
reasons why i believe this are:
i'm 6'3 at 15 with wide clavicles and very dense bones.
mum is 5'7
dad is 5'11
and i did nothing that explains my height really except for this.
legit just scarf down heaps of animal protein and saturated fats AND MILK if ur not a soy lactose intolerant genetically inferior cuck and you'll 100% be taller than youre meant to be. its op. I MEAN A LOT. NOT JUST HTE MINIMUM
