Yeah I was gonna ask that user because I moved from a shitty country town in outback QLD to Brisbane and he apparently found a jaw surgeon in the city I live in who must be blackpilled so I want to know who that guy is before I spend $1000 and 6 months waiting to do 3 consults with rando local surgons who might all tell me to see a psychologist or some bluepilled bullshit.

. The shit thing about Australia is you have to sign up for private health insurance and wait 12 months before surgery and then your hospital fees and some of the plates are covered by the insurance. So like $15000 of insurance for 1 year of top coverage saves you 50% off $60000 plates and PEEK implants and a $30000 hospital fees. I think you still have to pay full surgeon and anethetist fees so it's still $80000 all up but you wait a minimum 12 months whereas going to Italy with pags you might pay 40000 euros all out of pocket but get the surgery done sooner. Of course the downside is if you have a problem then its $3000 to fly back to Italy and $100 per day for a hostel and food and then another 20000 euros for hospital fees I guess.

First one I went to, I wasn’t into BP at all and had not even joined to forum so I had limited knowledge. Also he was more so a wisdom teeth puller from country side France than regular bimax surgeon.

Then had consult with 3 other including Pag and wasn’t satisfied.

Then found my surgeon in Paris. I was able to ask him detailed questions etc. By this time all 5 surgeons pretty much agreed on what to do so for my case so I was reassured.

Btw ortho thought I was schizo for changing mid treatment

i might got lucky but i found that type of surgeon for me. almost 0 media presence, experienced and skilled, guy is even close with sailer. hes very based too getting me everything i want through insurance. another guy on here which im close to will go to him too

That's the big hurdle. I have $100k USD saved up from wagecelling but literally all of it would be gone paying hospital bills if I went to Walline, Gunson, Bell.

i’m happy i found an altruistic surgeon with sub100 instagram followers. i couldn’t imagine trying to contact and go through with any of the big guys if you aren’t already white and with an ok base.

i saw an interesting thread on here about how being sub5 does no favors walking into a consult. not only are surgeons not immune to lookism but they also 99% want a good, publishable B/A. a sub5 walking in is like already rotting meat lol. even if they do decide to proceed with your case, it’s likely less effort will be put into something like say an already good looking girl. he’s working on a masterpiece right there but for you, it’s “whatever, i’ll see what i can do.” str8 backburner shit brutal

this is an extremelly high iq take the uglier i got the worst i get treated by surgeon and doc even if they are supposed to be professional . even them you got to make an effort the day of the consult to appear your best lookswise.

and btw even if you find a chill surgeon that seem to be a good dude you better pray the results is good and you don't need revision .

Another good way to bypass that is to actually come to the consult with someone or a relative that look good or possess status. younger i used to consult with my chad dad that is 2 meters and surgeons were all extra fucking nice to me especially if you tell them your parents are lawyers or something. that's how i made sure my revision rhinoplasty went smoothly

Reputable surgeons will not operate on people without malocclusion or asymmetry/deformation. Although the procedure is safe and has a very high satisfaction rate, it is not to be done on people who have class I bite or those who can be fixed with orthodontics.

Generally, you need to decompensate 10-18 months prior to surgery. This is because the body compensates your teeth if your jaws have not grown correctly. Decompensation should always be done in coordination between your othodontist and surgeon. Once decompensation is done, the surgeon will move the jaws into the planned position and secure with titanium fixation (plates). Usually need a few months of orthodontics after surgery aswell.

the dude spent more time raving about is aftercare cryotherapy recovery machine than his actual abilities to produce decent results . i swear i have no idea how some of these dudes get their diplomas

2 rhino , laser eye colour change , and fillers and a ton of hair procedure . obviously bimax is mandatory if you are heavily recessed or got massive bites issues just i'm not that recessed at all and got some failos that are not fixable through standard lefort 1 ( long phitrum etc )
