i think it was alright. her eyes throw it off of course, and there’s not much that could’ve been done to address her facial depth or true midface length, but the difference in lower third is good.

It's a good result. Everything improved noticeably. Usually bimax doesn't even do much but this girl really ascended. Gummy smile fixed, lip support improved just look how her philtrum and upper lips are hanging down in the before photo and how it just looks much better after, front face in general looks more harmonious, side profile completely fixed from subhuman to decent enough.

Honestly it's a life changing result for her. Stacy was never realistic goal anyways. She went from getting pumped and dumped by HTNs to getting pumped and dumped by chads. Her nose widened slightly but it was very narrow before, it doesn't look worse now.

i agree. i think i get autistically caught up in what can’t be changed which skews my view on the result. but you’re very right about the part at the end, from HTN and Chad to Chad only. i can only imagine if her eye and mfr situation was better, would be up there with the commonly spammed impaction results.

her mandible and LF1 are alright now. horsecels just keep losing, theres such a balance that needs to be struck in bimax advancement if you don't have the prerequisite LF2/3 forward growth, else you just look kinda strange having a regular bimax area but downgrown n recessed upper, its definitely visible on her side profile. ofc im not saying there was a giga maneuver Alfi could've done here, I think besides the posterior gummy smile lurking mentioned it was great, but im not high iq enough to know if that can be avoided.
