Pain Management

I have been suffering from back pain for a while now and I have tried various things to get rid of it.

I don't need any recommendations on who to go to (trust me I've been everywhere), what I need is methods to reduce my pain. I have already tried OTC pain medications, mainly ibuprofen and such but they did not have much effect.

To those who have similar problems, how do you deal with your pain?
