This was around September I was eating a subhuman daal diet no exercise
last year September mid way when just started lifting seriously
God I look so extra pajeet in this

A week ago JFL I’m still skinny fat but I’m bulking so yeah
If my transformation is GOOD blame it on my Jatt BVLL genetics
If my transformation is SHIT blame it on my subhuman pajeet genetics
Training split:
I’m currently on the Mike mentzer training philosophy of low sets I’m doing 2 sets pushing to extreme failure now with drop sets and negatives on each set
It’s just UPPER/LOWER twice a week with an arm day so 5 days total I used to be on PPL but I switched to upper/lower because of uni
My gym is planet fitness btw JFL but it works
Diet:
Eating a animal based diet with some cheat meals here and there
Eggs around 5-6
1lb chicken /beef for dinner
500-750mk milk
Cheese
Bacon (haram but jatt don’t care)
Fruit like oranges pineapple etc
No vegetables
Supplements:
No steroids jfl
No creatine
No protein powder
Experimented with shilajit,ashwaghabda, moringa that’s it
Daily stack:
krill oil
Vitamin d 4000 IU not including sunlight
Magnesium
Zinc on the days I eat chicken
Conclusion:
Ultimately gym is cope you just need abs tbh but I’m still gonna keep going I’m just not that serious no more I got laid while being skinny fat so gym it’s not that important atleast for me
