I attend a tier 1 university with very high fees, where most of the students come from wealthy families in Delhi and Mumbai's high society. Most of them upper caste and Indo-Aryan. Many of them are even arab passing but they still look mediocre. If "decent-looking" means light-skinned, then my university is full of them, but if you're talking about true PSL-level stacies, they're extremely rare. I made a thread about it too and I've shown dozens of these foids to @Dominicoon and only 2-3 women got a HTB rating. I think curry men are better looking but they are also utterly looksminned.
