used to have a skin tight jawline all the way to my ramus. now even when I mew I have a shit jawline. I don't know what happened, I think my hyoid got to big for my jaw

I think it's fair to predict that you are looking at a similar timeline to your fall from grace (only in reverse), assuming that you do everything right straight from the beginning. Decay and recovery happen at similar pace.
