Palate expander 17 yr old.

Im 17 and had braces and i have straight teeth but a pretty narrow palate my tooth doctor tells me to wear retainer to keep my subhuman maxilla in place. Ive stopped wearing it and started thumpulling and mewing and seen sum minor chances, my teeth are still Nice but i have gotten a slight overbite. Should i get palate expander? An orthodontist Said it coulis Benedikt me a little and she Can do it for me. My nose is slim so it getting wider would not be a Big issue my nose is pretty crooked tho and my jaw and zygo is abit more prominent on my left side. I hope someone has some insight for me, i have the Money for parate expander should i do it? I Can post pics if needed.

If you can afford it get it. You'll most likely need braces afterwards too

Would rpe work? Might work for me seen as I’ve been taking ai since 17 and 1 month (current 17 and 8 month). I heard it doesn’t fully fuse at this age. Might have gotten got by misinfo .

No it wouldn't work at his age it fuses at 14-15

Stick to Mewing and thumb-pulling it will take some time but u will see decent results

^ Plus even if it somehow did work your teeth would move and fuck up any progress ur braces made
