Palate Expander/Facepuller

Is there anybody on here thats gotten an expander or facepuller to fix their recessive/narrow maxilla? If so can you please tell me what to say to an orthodontist to beg for them cuz ive got 2 years to fix my maxilla or else my sutures will close and im cooked

Nigga if you don't qualify you don't qualify jfl. Why do people think sucking up to an orthodontist is just make them give you something you don't qualify for

I havent gone yet but idk what to say, for SURE theyll reject me if i say “i wanna stop getting clowned on for being flat faced” so i gotta come up with some medical suck up like “its messing with my breathing”

Then they'll respond with, "Ok, we'll run a Rosenthal test to check if your breathing is obstructed" jfl. If doctors just took your word for shit I'd have walked into the ER complaining of back pain and got a bottle of Oxy by now

But its not obstructing the lungs themselves, its obstructing the airways that the maxilla affects, so they cant test that with rosenthal or any other test. Ill just say sleep apnea symptoms and theyll be like “oh no we’ll get that fixed right away for you” plus ik an ortho near me who seems bped
