Palate expander help

Dad said he will pay for it at 16. Pls someone tell me everything i need to know and what other things i can get away with like maybe some forward growth on my maxilla? (idk i dont know shit thats why im asking you guys) also my chins a little ressesed. Also my dad asked if expander come in 2 peices on for the top and on for the bottom. We are gonna c a orthodontist and hes gonna call them tmr pls help guys

If you wanna develop your Maxilla do surgery if you wanna expand your palet use a pallet expander

I have to act like im not doing this for looks but instead doing it so my wisdom teeth dont grow incorectly when im older so i cant ask him

possible,but u have to get sum weird expander i dont remember the name of and its prob not worth it. unfortunately you dont get any forward growth of the maxilla from a palate expander, mby 1-2mm if lucky, its almost strictly lateral growth. Still worth to get tho
