I am 19 male thinking of applying palate expander on lower palate, I have very little mild crowding, I am confused if I should go for it or not as I am unsure if it will give results or not

Lower palate have very little crowding
Upper palate have little spacing
But my face is not very wide like my other family members

You need to expand in a way that doesn't fuck up your bite further. For example, if your upper jaw is already too narrow you can't just expand the lower without some orthodontic work. Talk to an ortho
