How much ml should I expand my palate each month with a palate expander at 13 I am turning 14 in a bit but I saw a clip saying expanding your palate slower makes results better so idk which to do.

Just ask ur Dentist or the person that is giving u the Palate expander but don't expand ur palate to much or u will look deformed
