Palate expander

Tomorrow im going to the dentist to ask for a palate expander, i have a narrow palate but i need more reason to tell the dentist to do it. Whats the best reason to say so they cant say no?

you could say you have trouble with breathing but they might x-ray and say you shouldn't, if your palate is truly narrow you shouldn't need more reason just keep going to different dentists if they won't do it.

That you are having trouble breathing; they will give you a CBCT scan of your skull.
