Palate expantion

I currently have a 38-40mm palate at 16 and recently just got my braces off but my maxilla is extremely flat would palate expansion paired with a head pull gear do any good for forward growth or is that cope also have issues with breathing so I could use that as a way to get a palate expander with insurance but other input would be great.

Are you planning on any expanders in the near future?

If you have insurance you can just get lefort and it will cover it if you really have breathing issues

I hope to, but in the UK it's very difficult

no ur 16 reverse headgear won’t do anything except ruin ur front teeth, how will u get a palate expander w 40mm palate, mine is like 32 and they haven’t even accepted it, im getting cbct scan and hopefully they tell me i need one, if ur maxilla is flat rn, ur infras are prolly recessed and zygos could probably be better, i heard people see differences in their zygo at 16+? Not sure

ohh i see i figured that about the head gear since i already have a slight overbite didnt know it was that difficult to get a marpe thanks
