Pallate expansion with thumbpulling issues

Guys do uhm when I try to do thunbpullin my thumbs are colliding with eachother due to less space on my pallate and the force is going on them which makes them hurt andmakes me put less force on my pallate and after I started doing it regularly asf with oscar Patel's new method my thumbs always get pain and I can't even crack then without extreme pain. Is this temporary? Or should I need to fix something

i split my palate suture now what?

2 days ago i split the suture using the dull end of a butter knife in an attempt to widen palate/maxilla. should i continue to expand the suture? yes im using invisalign+class 2 elastics to fix overbite+crossbite. im 14 btw

Just because i am ugly doesn’t change the fact that thumbpulling doesnt work and it will just fuck up your teeth. You are a retard putting your fingers in your mouth and pulling and hoping for forward growth while your fingers cant apply nearly enough force for it to even expand a little bit. If it would work why would people get MSE and MARPE instead of thumbpulling. You need constant force for multiple days and enough force(i think about 40N) for it to work.
