attractivness its all about honest signals of genetic quality. honest meaning that you cant really change or influence by own effort or decisions
facial attractivness, height, good proportions, limbal rings, hair etc are all things that cant be really influenced by the individual. so women make sure to look at those things to filter out fraudsters trying to pollute their gene poom with deficient genetic quality
