Paranasal Implant

Hello buddy boyos and bhais, I'd say one of my failos is defo my maxilia since it's more flat than forward or recessed. Although tbh i'm making peace with that fact, I'm thinking would a paranasal implant near my nose area would actually help make it slightly forward. Additionally, I've thought of genioplasty as well since my chin is slightly recessed.

Here's my side profile, would like to hear some advice/opinions

No idea tbh, I was thinking about saving up money and going to South Korea since that country is basically surgery central, wbu?

Planning to go with Dr. Ramieri and Marianetti. Both are the Central Maxfac/Aesthetic Surgeon's in Italy. Waitlist is long though and I have no idea where to get Implant's manufactured at.

I know some pople get their Implant's manufactured by Giant, but waitlist would be long aswell

I know who you're talking about exactly, just look at his implant's, Size, Look, and his Xray.
He wanted to look like that, Nobody sane look's at a pre-made Xray with this Implant design and say's "YES! This is what I want"
I'm not joking, he was looking for the Hernan Drago TIktok Morph.

Giant won't operate on me anyway's, I am gonna get Rhinoplasty with Marianetti so I will get Ramieri or Pagnoni to place my implant's.

Who wouldn’t, really, aside from those bound by some rigid moral framework. Most people, if they’re being honest, would take the money the moment it’s in front of them and only start thinking about the risks after the fact; Giant just isn't afraid to say he would do something like that.
That’s just how incentives tend to work in practice. When something immediate and tangible is offered, especially something as universally convertible as money, then anybody with a drop of intelligence would cease it at first glance.
