now most of you niggas prob don’t have recessed mid faces like me but to the ones who do and are knowledgeable about it i have a question, for instance i have a deep canine fossa which prevents myself from having the hollow cheek look, so if i were to get a paranasal implant/ pyriform fossa implant would it make my deep canine fossa shallow? also i’ve realized that the canine fossa is what makes the mid face look foward and aesthetic

Not knowledgeable with those implants but could that possibly cross with submalar implants? And fat graft around it after or just fat graft that area? Otherwise seems pretty risky since its at the root of the teeth and the orbital nerve. Unless ur maxilla is deficient and upper teeth are compensated flared out

yea you honestly have a good point, the impant would fit awkward into my teeth and it would also feel uncomfortable to even talk or smile, i’m most likely going to get the infra malar implant along with brow implant and genio

Same im looking into a type of malar implant and fat grafting. Im actually going to see if I can find a dr to fat graft my browridge for some slight augmentation since for the implant they make an incision at the hairline leaving a scar and id feel the implant might be a bit much for my facial harmony.

Also if you get genio try and get a sliding genio. It worked wonders for my face and won't have to worry much about bone erosion from an implant. Especially on the chin area where there's a lot of muscle activity

yo there’s this thing called paranasal augmentation can be done w fat grafts
