No nasialabial folds but my maxilla is kinda flat at the paranasal area would paranasal implants together help the midface look more forward grown or would it look unnatural?

if you're measuring your maxilla relative to your eyes it could just be that you have shallow set eyes, paranasal implants don't fix that.

I think you should get an opinion from maxillofacial surgeon if there is a skeletal discrepancy

I think maybe from what I have seen that Asians have more laterally projecting cheekbones which could contribute to this. So implants alone might not help with the overall look

our maxillas are js shit too how bad of a falio is a flat maxilla if its not noticeable from the fromt view only side profile
