I’m currently 17, and convinced my parents to get me a sliding genioplasty when I graduate high school and turn 18. I’m aware I’m still subhuman but I think this ascend me by 1 psl. Let me know your thoughts.

just make sure you get a legit surgeon and realistic expectations, 1 PSL isn’t magic but it’s noticeable.

They wanted to make sure I got the best plastic surgeon. Took them a month to convince but I’m sure it’ll atleast bump me up to MTN

with ur eye area and Race u can maybe even get to HTN if the genioplasty goes well then some slight changes too.. I believe in U bro

Thank you bro. My parents said soon they will consult with a cosmetic surgeon and if they agree to do the movement they’ll go through with it. Afterwards I might get slight jaw filler and maybe a lip lift later but I’m hopeful

The harsh reality is that you need a skull reconstruction. @chadisbeingmade @imontheloose moving his chin forward won't fix his recession nor his downgrowth.

You can expect the genioplasty to move your chin forward (and down), nothing else.

You need to fix your skull rotation as well. Just get a trimax at the very least.

This is my physique. I’ll try to get a good movement done but if it’s not enough I can top it off with a little filler. For the people saying it’s not enough, can I get a bimax after a genioplasty?

Your bite can be normal and you can still have a recessed jaw. I would advise you to go on Reddits jaw surgery forum and ask, or ask some high iq users here. Also go to an omfs surgeon and get a scan done, I’m very sure your lower jaw is recessed
