Low dosage is as efficient as high dosage.So it's stupid to take 30-40... cause you will have no benefits and you will have way much more side effects.
And researchers show that 20 mg alternative day is as efficient as everyday after 8 weeks.

So take 20 mg alternative day(i am doing like that cause it's expensive and hard to get accutane)
Remember,accutane is not about taking high dosage,but it's about taking for long time.
Why didn't i take 10 mg alternative days ?
Cause it will take too much time and 10 mg is not very powerful.
