I honestly think it is due to them growing up and moms always side with their slut daughters regardless of the situation. , yes under 18 is still a child. They are still under their parent’s guardianship, they are still not adults they still do not have a full grasp over their actions, they are not fully emotionally developed, they lack key risk assessment abilities.
