They think Im too "skinny" at 16%bf, JFL wait until I get to 8% (Im going for jordan barrett physique but leaner). How do you guys deal with family worrying about leanmaxxing?

Nigga dont starvemax, your body will panic and lose more muscle than fat. Barrett physique is very bad. Try lean bulking for 5 months then go on a mild-moderate deficit.

I had the same issue i went from pig 30% to 15% and everyone is trying to gaslight me and saying i look too thin unhealthy etc... they think they can manipulate me poor retards.
Especially my relatives , they are the worst i can sense their jealusy in their eyes from miles away

Wrong, This isnt just for foids this is to be treated as a human. Whenever Im over 12% bf I look like a subhuman and am treated accordingly due to my brachyfacial structure. The only option for me is to be a twink mtn, or a subhuman

I drank 2L of raw milk while eating 2k calories for a month and lost weight even though I am below 15%
