pasteurized kefir

i haven't really looked into the raw milk vs pasteurized milk thing. my question is is pasteurized kefir worse than "normal" kefir bc our shops only sell pasteurized kefir.

i have drank 1-2 liters of milk daily my whole life and bc of my acne i have added kefir to my diet in recent years too

pretty much the same as what happens with any food when u cook it
way less nutritious you're missing out on a ton of micronutrients bacteria and enzymes
