I would say high MTN but my rating is more stricter than others, I think. I do think you could reach high HTN or chadlite even with skincare and gymmaxxing. Your eye area is good and also the most important trait to have. But keep in mind that PSL and appeal are two different things. If you are high HTN or chadlite you can be a real-life chad due to appeal.
