best course of action is usually some vertical or horizontal threads only, if you need more volume either add the horizontals on top of the verticals or vice versa.

Wait for under eye hollowness where you said if the screws a placed horizontally they cause a stretch, i assumed you meant they stretch the lower eyelid down by increasing volume, but did you mean they pull the eye laterally?

it's a cog that pulls the entire skin this way.

screws aren't strong enough to fix it.

the area is low risk, not much chance of bruising.

yes, but again, it might look weird, I've never seen it being done.

once you've inserted a cog and it's hooked you can push your skin up around it to settle it, it's easier to do this from below than above, look up a video of cat or fox eye lifts, same method.

these are easy to fix, all you need is some mono (straight) threads right underneath the eyes, how many you need depends on the extend of it, don't use screws for this you don't want to add too much volume, they should be placed right on the 'ridge' of the orbital that's showing.

for more severe forms, and cases that have been left to get worse for years you will need a few screws to provide some lift to the patch of monos that's been installed, on their own they won't have enough support to lessen this degree of sagging.

for this you want a row of monos for horizontal support, with screw threads vertically stacked on top of that, the reason for this placement is because screws can cause some degree of stretch due to the volume along the length of the thread, if these are placed horizontally they can pull on the lower eyelid, monos don't have as much volume so they don't tend to pull on the surrounding area, this way the area can be supported without worrying about that.

I heard you have to reconstitute the ghk cu with PBS instead of bac water, if you dont you will only get the benefits of the GHK and you will get sick or sum shit. also, that's the reason it hurts so bad, its because of the Bac water I think.
