tried doing fox eye lift few days ago but i pussied out, but if this is less risky i would volunteer myself to try it first

it depends on what's causing your mouth to look small, in most cases it's just a lack of volume on the outside corners of the lip which makes it look shorter than it actually is, these cases are easy to fix with threads and it lasts long than botox or fillers too.
