So the years of wearing 6inch lifts have caught up to me, as a result of my increased strain on my legs I subconsciously did more kegals and in addition to pumping and manuals I do, and exam season I have tightened my pelvic floor to the point that I now have hard flaccid syndrome which is death tier rope worthy syndrome if I cant fix.
So a word of warning save for girth filler and ligmentosis but don’t bother with PE for the minimal gains and increased risk of injury, being a dicklet is brutal but having hard flaccid so more.
To recover I’m stacking:
Beat root extract
Ginseng extract
Rhodolia
NAC
Ashwa
L citruline
L arginine
Taurine
DHEA
Cialis
No masturbation which isn’t hard since my libido is non existent cus I’m low T
And doing reverse kegals literally all the time I’m considering getting a muscle relaxant too but gonna be annoying af to source.
To summarise you aren’t missing out if you aren’t dickmaxxing
Worst comes to worst and I can’t fix my dick, I’ll look into a prosthetic implant
