PE and lifts gave me hard flaccid

So the years of wearing 6inch lifts have caught up to me, as a result of my increased strain on my legs I subconsciously did more kegals and in addition to pumping and manuals I do, and exam season I have tightened my pelvic floor to the point that I now have hard flaccid syndrome which is death tier rope worthy syndrome if I cant fix.

So a word of warning save for girth filler and ligmentosis but don’t bother with PE for the minimal gains and increased risk of injury, being a dicklet is brutal but having hard flaccid so more.

To recover I’m stacking:

Beat root extract
Ginseng extract
Rhodolia
NAC
Ashwa
L citruline
L arginine
Taurine
DHEA
Cialis

No masturbation which isn’t hard since my libido is non existent cus I’m low T

And doing reverse kegals literally all the time I’m considering getting a muscle relaxant too but gonna be annoying af to source.

To summarise you aren’t missing out if you aren’t dickmaxxing

Worst comes to worst and I can’t fix my dick, I’ll look into a prosthetic implant

If anyone has any knowledge with this topic I’d appreciate your input

In my case it’s root cause is genuinely low level test since I got tested, thought it was my e2 from arim but my levels are normal

Frauding any further than an inch (inch shoes and inch lift, or two inch shoes total)

Is valid because you can take off ur shoes with a bitch in the crib and you're only 1 inch shorter than you were, relative to her

Any more is likely noticable, especially when I'm 5"6 😭

If I get a 5"5 girl over she would be utterly disappointed and it'd be more obvious lol

Like what's the end game? Just social validation from men and women?

No way you had 6 inch lifts on, that’s bigger than heels

Manuals and pump
Pump 3x10 mins around 15inhg
Straight down manual for 2x10
Pulling from underneath my thigh 2x10
And then same for other thigh

Do you think it was the pumping that caused the injury? I'de imagine it would be hard to get injured through manuals

I think it’s kegals that has caused it not necessarily the pump or manuals I’ve actually slightly improved in the last 2 days by doing reverse kegals so it’s an issue with pelvic floor not necessarily any penile damage or nerve damage I believe

Textbook pelvic floor injury/ tightness, shit posture puts stress into the pelvis and pe with eventual masturbation or sex is the nail in the coffin. Do pelvic floor stretches everyday and for the moment stop pe, you should recover that way.

kegals are when you like finish pissing and squeeze your ass to spray the last bit of piss left in you, reverse is when you release the hold of taking a piss/shit
 
Its due to the IC muscle (the muscle that makes ur dick jump). Try using that muscle and you’ll see how weak it is. Use mind muscle connection to isolate it (i.e don’t kegel whilst doing it).

No i have opposite problem in which my IC muscle is overdeveloped after doing PE for so long, so I am bascially working to weaken the muscle
 
Update: EQ is completely normal, havent used a PDE 5 inhibitor in a long asstime and yet can still maintain high EQ so thankfully the syndrome isnt hindering me besides my own mental discomfort and not physically. Regardless Im still sticking to the routine beause i do still have a low semi when flaccid, seeing some improvement, hoping not placebo but will see in a months time, i dont expect to recover within a month realistically probably around 4-8 months but considering the lengths I am taking I expect a faster recovery.

To add to my initial regimen I am currently looking for a muscle relaxant that isnt valium for obvious reasons and have found a peptide acts as a pde 5 inhibitor by using the CNS over the regular route which is actually ideal since this is a more central nervous system related issue than anything else, gonna gatekeep it tho, do your own research and find out yourself

fixed it although i dont think i ever had it since i dont think it normally takes as long as i did to cure it, i think it was just how cold my room was and pumping at really high pressures, that made me think it was, not to mention fear mongering

Bro congratulations. I have it since 1.5 years and yes it takes a long time to heal, sometimes. What did you do to fix it? I wanna get it fixed asap
 
Your probably joking about the 6 inch lifts but if your wearing lifts and struggling to walk since it’s like wearing high heels, then you should consider incorporating flat lifts
