I only tried it a few times, gonna try doing it consistently sometime, I kinda fucked up my dick with going way too hard on all day stretching (after around 1h shit literally slipped off my dick with blood pouring everywhere JFL I had edema on my shaft and huge blister on my glans for weeks but it's seems fine now) Short hanging sessions seem much safer tbh gonna try your routine



Is this just 1 set 20min every day or 6 sets of 20min per day?
6 sets daily. Sounds intense glad you recovered. And yeah safety first. Your current dick is better than a broken dick
 
Had sensitivity issues from blood flow restriction. No permanent damage but after I stopped I cbf to make a habit of it. If I do it’s more likely that I’ll use the compression hanger for shorter sets with higher weight and then do longer sets with a vacuum hanger(safer and allow blood flow which enables sets up to two hours instead of 20 minutes but can’t handle as much weight). It’s just not really a priority rn and I’m waiting to fix my sleep so my dick is healthier, since all those night boners are probably important for gains

Yes I’m clipped and I was using the compression hanger by total man
 
Getting back into it, hopefully for more than a few weeks this time. Stopped last time bc of sensitivity concerns due to the blood flow restriction. Generally it’s accepted that 20 minutes is safe but wasn’t working for me. I’m gonna do 3 sets of 10 minutes morning and night, with 100 side to sides and time to restore blood flow in between. Gonna add a pound to one set per day like this:
M- 4,3,3,3,3,3
T- 4,4,3,3,3,3
...
Sa- 4,4,4,4,4,4
...
M- 5,4,4,4,4,4

Sunday will be like active rest, just one set morning and night.

Can’t wait for my parents to go back to work. Butt naked with weights hanging off my dick while I can hear my mom on work calls two rooms away is stressful
