I‘m looking for people with knowledge or experience about Pectus Carinatum or so called Pigeon Chest. After a quick dive it seems that a Brace that is usually worn around 20-22hours a day for 1-2 years is the most effective noninvasive treatment for this deformation. Is there anyone that has went through surgical procedures to treat his Pigeon chest? Or any experience about wearing the brace and it’s results.

This must be aesthetically effecting a considerable amount of people especially males so I‘m confused why there is not more in depth discussion on this

I guess it depends on how protruding it is, btw you can only gymmax only for so long, there will be a point where keeping that amount of chest muscles will be impossible to maintain to cover, like 35/40yrs old
